The competition was intense: almost 11,000 entries were submitted from 57 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.Essentium brought M3 on board to help create a printer that would maximize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of parts production – but within a smaller footprint, at a lower cost, and in a more user-friendly way. Lighting effects were designed to easily communicate job status and a camera was added to the build chamber to enable remote monitoring of print jobs.
